Eastern Palace Bundle – Offer Ending Soon!

Eastern Palace Mothers Day Jackie Diediker Stampin Up

Good morning! The fabulous card above is what I gave my Mom as her Mother’s Day card. I love how the pieces all came together and she loved it too! I have already shared this card on my Facebook page, but I wanted to share all the details with you!

If you haven’t seen me posting about it, right now you can order one of two amazing Eastern Palace Bundles! These are special bundles that will not be offered in the Annual Catalog, but all of these parts and pieces will be available individually. If you order these now you get to take advantage of some FREE goodies, plus you get your hands on new products before June 1st!

I personally purchased the Eastern Palace Premiere Bundle because I wanted it all asap, but we do also offer a Started Bundle perfect for all! I paired our Dapper Denim and our new In Color Lemon Lime Twist for this card.

I stamped one if the stamps from Eastern Palace Stamp set in Lemon Lime Twist to fill in the open spaces on this piece of Eastern Palace Specialty Designer Series Paper. I love how you can make some of these Designer Series Paper Sheet match your exact creation simply by adding a touch of ink. A quick way to make any project personalized!

In order to make the focal medallions I first cut out the cute flower from a piece of Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock  and one of the Eastern Medallions Thinlits Dies. I used my Bone Folder to pop out the inside petals and curved them so they sort of pop out of the Lemon Lime Twist flower. Then I added a small Eastern Gold Vinyl Sticker to the center. These new Eastern Gold Vinyl Stickers are amazing! I typically don’t really use stickers, but these are an exceptional product!

For the back later of the Medallion I used my Big Shot again to cut out two sets of Dies at the same time. I layered the Eastern Medallions Thinlit Dies and the Layering Circle Framelits Dies at the same time by using our Magnetic Platform. Running both of these dies at the same time made it super simple to create this bold medallion. Just be sure to watch your layering so the dies aren’t overlapping each other.

I popped up the layers using some Dimensionals, which I always have near by when working on any project. I finished this card off a sweet sentiment from the Thoughtful Banners bundle. I stamped the ‘Happy’, the ‘Mother’s Day’, and the banner outline on Very Vanilla Cardstock in Lemon Lime Twist. Then I punched both the stamped banner and another banner in Dapper Denim and layered these together.

Just a reminder, the Thoughtful Banner Bundle is only available until May 31st. After that time both items are carrying over to the next Annual Catalog, but you will not enjoy the 10% savings when these are unbundled. This is the case for all Bundles currently offered in the 2016-2017 Annual Catalog and the 2016 Occasions – all are available while supplies last!

Happy Birthday, Gorgeous!

Happy-Birthday-Gorgeous-Jackie-Diediker-Stampin-UpGood morning! I have a sweet card to share with you today. This card I made for my Grandmother’s Birthday – which happened to land on Mother’s Day this year.

The main thing that drew me into this stamp set was the roses and the fun fonts. I am a sucker for roses, any type or style really. I just love the look and style of the flowers included in this stamp set. These flowers come with both the outline of the image and a background stamp to match. One of the features this stamp set has is that there are little arrows for reference when layering both stamps.

The Hello Gorgeous Stamp Set is offered as a bundle paired with a stylish ‘Happy Birthday’ Framelit Die. I will be sharing another sample using that die soon. I used three New In Colors on this card, yes, three!

The card base and the really light roses are all our softest In Color, Powder Pink. Our darker and brighter pink shade is the wonderful new Berry Burst. You can see Berry Burst stamped on the Powder Pink cardstock and on the Whisper White Stitched Oval. These Stitched Shapes Framelit Dies go with almost anything and running them through the Big Shot is a piece of cake. Last, but certainly not least is the deep teal tone – Tranquil Tide.

Not only are these little leaves all stamped with full strength and half strength for the color infill, but I also am featuring the new 1/2″ Finely Woven Ribbon in Tranquil Tide. This new ribbon has a fabulous texture and is super easy to work with, you are going to need this ribbon in all five In Colors!

I hope you enjoyed the card I shared with you today.

Something for Baby!

Made with Love Jackie Diediker Stampin UpI don’t know about you, but my April and May have been super busy. Last month I was invited to a family member’s Baby Shower! I wasn’t able to attend, but I made sure to send a fun gift that I thought her soon to come baby boy would enjoy!

As you probably expect, no Baby Shower gift is complete without a fun Baby card creation! I pulled out my staple Made with Love stamp set and got to work!

I love the versatility in this set, and I usually pair it some way with the Something for Baby stamp set for more pop. This time I added a sweet little dapper tie to my onesie using Pacific Point ink.

The theme for the Baby Shower was Royals baseball, so I made my own baseball. I used my out 3/4″ Circle Punch to punch a circle from some Whisper White cardstock. Then to complete the baseball I used the left over paper as a template to draw my own stitches on it with a Real Red Stampin’ Write Marker. Super simple and quick, but adds that extra dimension.

If you know the Royals Baseball team the colors are Royal Blue and White, which always looks good with a touch of silver! For my background I just knew that the Neutrals Designer Series Paper Stack that is still in my stash. These same patterns are still available in the 2015-2017 and 2016-2018 In Color Series Designer Series Paper Stack!

I hope you enjoyed this sweet card using my two favorite Baby sets combined. Remember both Something for Baby and the Made with Love Stamp Sets are on the retiring list, but you can order them now before they officially retired. Be sure to snatch them up before it’s too late! Shop now to snatch up all your favorites!
