Ribbon of Courage!
I hope you had a great weekend. This weekend I was able to head over to a crop again, it’s been a while since I was able to crop and I always have a lot of fun at these events. Plus, it gives me a shot to create most of a day away.
I got a chance to play along with the Global Design Project #108 this weekend. I have had the Ribbon of Courage stamp set and coordinating dies since they were released, but I only got the chance to open them both up today.
Caseing challenges always are a bit hard for me, but I had a lot of fun with this one. I decided to go with a pastel and neutral tone as my main colors as in the card from Brian. I also went with a sentiment and die pairing from the Ribbon of Courage Stamp Set and matching dies. Plus, it seemed fitting since October is Breast Cancer Awareness month.

For today I have this fun Happy-OWL-Ween creation to share with you! This card was made using Cajan Craze as the card base and a strip of Basic Black for the background. This fun moon and tree are actually part of the wonderful Spooky Nigh Designer Series Paper. Can you believe that this paper comes with this great scene already made! I love it!
We have so many fun stamps in the Spooky Cat Stamp Set, including this cute Owl. The best part of this Owl stamp is that it’s a three step stamping set. Which means that there a multiple stamps to create the different parts. There is a stamp that is the body of the Owl, then there is also a stamp for the beak and talons. Then, if you want another touch there is a stamp that outlines the Owls eyes and adds this fun sentiment!
