Today I have a fun new card to share with you for the current Pals Paper Arts Challenge #311– a mix of Smokey Slate, Marina Mist, and Pink Pirouette. For this week’s color challenge Lynn Hoyt is our host and I love the sweet color combination she choose for us work with!
I simply had to use my Thoughtful Branches Stamp set on this one! Each week the Pals Paper Arts Design Teams create fabulous samples and invites their readers to join in, be sure to come and join us using this fun color challenge. For today’s challenge I created a sympathy card. I try not to create sympathy cards until I need one, but then I seem to be short on time. Although I don’t enjoy creating too many of these types of cards, it is important to be prepared in case a friend or family one needs a show of support. The Thoughtful Branches Stamp Set is so elegant and perfect for this purpose. I had originally started with a different layout and order of layers, but I like how this came together.
The sentiment ‘You’re In My Thoughts‘, plus many other additional stamps lend themselves to numerous uses. I can’t wait to see what I reach for the next time I use this stamp set. I would imagine you will see creations from me using the matching Dies soon!
Thank you for visiting my blog today. I really had fun creating today’s challenge card! I hope you drop by again soon. If you haven’t played along join in on this week’s Pals Paper Arts Challenge! Have a wonderful day!

I love peeking through the heart to the sweet scene, Jackie!
Such a creative use of the Thoughtful Branches stamp set paired with the Layering Hearts Framelits. Love it Jackie!
So sweet! I love how you’ve positioned the scene inside the cutout heart. Lovely!
Love all those layers Jackie, and that wonderful heart with tree tops and a little birdy. I must say, I’m really enjoying all the little birdies we have and have been using lately. Darling card.
A lovely heartfelt card that could be used for several occasions. TFS, Jackie
Hello just wanted to give you a quick heads
up. The words in your article seem to be running off
the screen in Chrome. I’m not sure if this is a formatting issue or something to do with internet browser compatibility but I figured I’d post to let you know.
The layout look great though! Hope you get the issue fixed soon. Thanks
