Today I have a card to share with you for the current Pals Paper Arts Challenge #287! This week’s challenge is a fun Color Challenge with our host Katy McGloin! Each week the Pals Paper Arts Design Teams create fabulous samples and invites their readers to join in, be sure to come and join us using this fun color challenge:
For my creation today creation I decided to feature one of my favorite new sentiment stamp sets from the Occasions Catalog – Balloon Celebration Photopolymer Stamp Set! I know what you’re thinking – isn’t that a image set?! Well it certainly is, but I simply love the font on the sentiments included in Balloon Celebration Stamp Set…in fact I wouldn’t be surprised if you see me using it again soon! I wanted to highlight the ‘Happy Birthday‘ sentiment on some Very Vanilla cardstock and made it pop by stamping in Calypso Coral. I also pulled out my Pretty Petals Designer Series Paper Stack from the Annual Catalog for some Old Olive background and then mounted it all on some Lost Lagoon cardstock card base. It just needed something to finish it all off so I pulled out some Calypso Coral Seam Binding!
Thank you for visiting my blog today. I hope you stop by again soon and be sure to join in on this week’s Pals Paper Arts Challenge! Have a wonderful day!

Perfectly simple and sweet. Love it!
Love your Pretty Petals DSP choice… it is one of my favorites in that stack. And I have to agree with the fonting on the Balloon Celebration set… love its unique style!! A great clean CAS card, Jackie!
Very pretty CAS card, Jackie! I have used the happy birthday a few times and love it! I’m a sentiment girl.
Love how you let the DSP work for you here…simple but wow!
Clean and simple allows the sentiment to say it all.
Love how you took an otherwise busy background and kept it super simple. Perfect use of the colors!
I really like that sentiment stamp too, Jackie. It looks so nice layered on that pretty dsp! Very nice!
