Last weekend I had the pleasure of attending one of my cousins’ Baby Shower. I don’t know about you, but Baby Showers are always a great time to see family and friends! Her and her husband are waiting to find out if it’s a Boy or a Girl, so when I was making the card for the Baby Shower I wanted something that would work either way.

The card above is what I settled on creating! I used Smoky Slate and Daffodil Delight for the paper colors and Basic Gray for the ink. The actual stamp that I used above features a retired stamp set by Stampin’ Up, but we have an almost identical stamp in the Baby Prints stamp set that would be prefect for this card too! The best part of this card was when I found out that they have painted the nursery white and grey, which means my card matches! You might also be wondering where this Designer Series Paper is from. Well, it can be found on the High Tides Designer Series Paper Pack. I love how the dots aren’t full circles and have faded spots around. Plus, no card would be complete with a bit of accents. I used this lovely Smoky Slate Chevron Ribbon and these Daffodil Delights Candy Dots too!

I do hope you like my project for today. Be sure to stop by tomorrow to see what I have to share! Have a fabulous day!
