If your are on Facebook you see people post old pictures of them on Thursday’s for a ‘Throwback Thursday’. I have never really been into that, but when I was thinking of ways to share my creations I thought that maybe I should pull out my OLD Stampin’ Up! creations and share them with you. By now almost all of these products are retired, so you won’t be able to purchase these products, but I think you will enjoy them all the same.
Today’s selection is a card I created and uploaded to Splitcoast Stampers (SCS) on July 15th, 2005. It features Fishy Friends (which I still own) and Vogue Verses plus a fun technique called Shaving Cream! Does the yellow seem a bit different, well that’s because it features Yo Yo Yellow which is now retired. I also used Blender Pens (still available!), Dimensionals (a must have!), Tempting Turquoise (still a favorite), and Basic Black. The fun part about looking back on old projects is that you can still use the same techniques. Please let me know if you would like to try out the shaving cream technique, it’s a lot of fun!
