Stampin’ Pretty Pals Blog Hop – Earth Day!
Welcome to the Pals Blog Hop for April where every day is Earth Day.
This month we are showcasing projects that use recycled, reused or
other earth inspired elements and colors. We hope you enjoy the Pals
creative projects.
You may just be starting the blog hop or may have come from Natalie Bradley at Soiree by Natalie Bradley, number 5
on the Pals Hop. If you get off track at any time, the full lineup
below will help you move along from blog to blog so you see all the
projects.
For my project today I decided to reuse some of the great paper that was a part of our Occasions Catalog. If you received an Occasions Catalog this year than you know that the outside of the catalog came in a paper wrap advertisement of Sale-A-Bration. With Sale-A-Bration ending last month I had a stack of Occasions Catalog with the advertisement still in place. I don’t want to confuse customers so I started cutting off this extra cover to hand out to new customers I may meet this spring. I was left with a stack of awesome designer paper that I think it a bonus to the Occasions Catalog. What to do with these extra pages? Well stamp of course!
I made this pair of cards – one notecard and one full sized card to use as a gift set for the next baby birthday party I attend, which is coming soon! I simply love using this Something for Baby stamp set and it’s so easy to use and create with, these sets come together quickly!
The next stop is Maggie Mata at Maggie Made Cards, number 7 on the Pals Blog Hop! Thanks for visiting; I hope to see you on next month’s Pals Hop!

A Bit of Bow Fun!
Good morning! Today I have card I created last month while playing with some of my new toys from the Occasions Catalog! I simply love the patterned papers in the Stack with Love Designer Series Paper Stack and the amazing Bow Builder Punch!
I am loving the spring items in the Occasions Catalog, this Bow Builder Punch is so much fun to play with! Pairing this trio of Bows with the Clear Oval Accent Bigz Die really makes these Bows pop! I love putting these Bows together with the Glue Dots, they are just so simple to use!

Indescribable Gift
Good morning! Today I have card I created this month for the almost here Easter celebrations. I had a wonderful time to color in this stunning image from Indescribable Gift Clear Stamp Set. Our wonderful 2013-2015 In Colors Stampin’ Write Markers really make this image come together.
I am loving the spring items in the Occasions Catalog, this stamp set in particular is so detailed and pretty. I have seen this stamp used as just line art and as a colored image and both are stunning. I used our Stampin’ Write Markers that I do enjoy coloring with. You can add color tones by adding more than on layer of ink to each area you want to be darker. I also colored the sentiment ‘Refresh Renew Rejoice’ so that it would be in two different colors as well.
Check out the BIG sale that kicks off on Monday!
If you are planning on putting together an order to take advantage of the sale that begins Monday for FREE Shipping, which is 10% off, consider adding some of the 2013-2015 In Colors to your order! These colors will be retiring soon and you won’t want to miss out on stocking up while they are around. I will be adding thick baker’s twine and cardstock to my cart! Plus, grab the items on the Weekly Deals too! A double dipping of sale goodness!
