Good morning! Last night I decided to play along with this weeks Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge! I love all challenges, but the Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge have so many options to work within.
You might have guessed it – I have another birthday card to share today. This one features the Celebration Time Bundle, which to be honest I hadn’t noticed when first checking out the Catalog and making my list.
One of the biggest perks to this bundle is the fabulous Celebration Thinlits Dies! These dies come with tags and all the layering aspects to really create a fun tag for any celebration, especially birthdays. I decided to feature one of these tags front and center on my card.
For the Tic-Tac-Toe Challenge I selected the diagonal that goes from the bottom left to the top right – Birthday, Die-cast, Ribbon. I picked the Lemon Lime Twist, Pool Party, and Dapper Demin color combination since this card was for my brother and these colors pop so nicely together. Plus I used the lovely Lemon Like Twist Ombre Ribbon for my finishing touch.
The background on both the Dapper Demin layer and Pool Party card base are stamped with images from the Celebration Time stamp set. The banners are stamped tone on tone for the center strip in both Dapper Denim. Plus the little touches of ‘Celebrate‘ are featured in Dapper Denim and Lemon Lime Twist for the background.
If the Celebration Time Bundle is on your wish list, snatch it up now and earn a $5 Reward to spend next month! That’s right, Bonus Days are back and you don’t want to miss out!
I hope you enjoy my creation for this challenge. I can’t wait to play along with more challenges from this wonderful Design Team soon! Thank you for visiting me today! Have a wonderful evening!
Jackie, what a fabulous card! Love your color combination! So glad you showed us those dies. I haven’t seen them before but now I really like them! So glad you joined us for this week’s Tic Tac Toe Challenge!
