I got the chance to play along with the current Pals Paper Arts Challenge #209 – Sketch Challenge. Each week the Pals Paper Arts team creates fabulous samples and invites their readers to join in!
This weeks challenge is a sketch challenge!
I am using some fabulous new items on my creation for today! I never
know where I should start a sketch, I seem to respond to each
illustration differently. This week’s sketch had me reaching for some of the lighter colors and once again I was drawn to my All Abloom Designer Series Paper Pad! I also pulled out the amazing Hostess Stamp Set called I Like You, you will see me using this set again since I enjoy coloring it so much! For this main image I have used the Memento Tuxedo Black ink pad that will be available soon and both the 2013-15 Stampin’ Write Markers and the Daffodil Delight Blendabilities (2 of the 3 tones). I also found some retired ruffled ribbon in my stash and matched it to the All Alboom Designer Series Paper Pad to pull out the Strawberry Slush tones in the pattern and in the layering paper. Plus, cards always look great with finishing touches like cutting out an image with a fun Framelit so I used the Starburst Framelit Die and Dimensionals.
Right now I am hosting a Mystery Hostess Party which is going on right now until Sunday evening at 5pm CST! There is still
time to place an order and get in on the fun! Simply place an order
using the hostess code 3CVP2MV9 on my Stampin’ Up! website – Jackie Diediker to join in on the Mystery Hostess Party! If you place an order by Sunday, July 6th and the order reaches $150 I will randomly select one order and that person will get the $25 Hostess Rewards (or whatever the rewards become)!!!!
I do hope you like what I had to share today, I had so much fun working
with this sketch! I hope you stop by again soon! Have a wonderful day!
This is so pretty, Jackie. Beautiful coloring! Thanks for joining us at Pals Paper Arts this week.
Beautiful, Jackie! I love the gorgeous coloring. The ruffled ribbon is the perfect touch!!! Cute papers! Thanks for playing with the Pals at Pals Paper Arts!
Neat blog! Is your theme custom made or did you download
it from somewhere? A design like yours with a few simple tweeks would really make my blog stand out.
Please let me know where you got your design. Thanks
Why users still use to read news papers when in this technological world the whole thing is existing on net?
You have made some really good points there. I looked on the internet for additional information about the
issue and found most people will go along with your views on this web site.
This text is priceless. When can I find out more?
