Today I have the honor and privilege of being a Guest Stamper at Mary Fish’s Blog Stampin’ Pretty! I am part of Mary’s wonderful group called the Pals and I just love being a part of such a fun group of Guys and Gals!

With Easter just around the corner there is still some time left to create fun gifts for all ages! Today I have some fun and simple Easter basket ideas to share with you! Using the colors Melon Mambo/Strawberry Slush, Pool Party/Coastal Cabana, Calypso Coral/Crisp Cantaloupe and touches of Daffodil Delight you too can create these fun projects!

For the chocolate goodie bags I used the Petite Petals stamp set for candy wrappers on each Dove Chocolate in these little bags. I stamped one flower in multiple colors on Avery Address Labels then wrapped each label around the chocolates and added six wrapped chocolates to a clear envelope. Then to finish off each bag I wrapped the tops with coordinating ribbon and used the Eggstra Spectacular stamp set to create custom tags to match.

Then for the candle gift boxes I folded, scored, and used sticky strip to create little 3″ x 3″ x 1/2″ boxes to hold four tea-light candles. Each box started from a 5″ x 5″ piece of cardstock and scored around the square at 1/2″ and 1″ on all four sides. Then I used paper and sticky strip around each tea-light to match the candles to the box. I added the candle box to a clear envelope and tied it closed with a coordinating ribbon and used the Eggstra Spectacular stamp set to create custom tags to match.

I really had a blast with these items and I can see myself making more of these in the future for favors or gifts. I do hope that you enjoyed what I had to share with you today. Be sure to stop by again soon to see what I have to share! Have a fabulous day!
