Stampin’ Pretty Pals – Too Cool for School Blog Hop!

For my creation today I am sharing with you something I made as part of my Stamp a Stack Class this weekend, a card featuring several fun tools plus one of my favorite single stamps! I used the Heat Gun, Clear Embossing Powder, Versamark, the Aqua Painter, Lost Lagoon and Soft Sky Stampin’ Ink Refills and some fabulous 1/8″ Silver Ribbon. I had SO much fun with this card! It is such a soft and fun creation, I love the way the image goes from light to dark and how the colors blended so nicely together. I haven’t embossed anything in a while and this reminded my hos much I love the emboss and the effect it creates is always stunning. I also love these two colors together the Lost Lagoon and Soft Sky just click into place. I do hope you enjoyed my share for today!

Ink Big Convention Swap!
Today I would like to share with you my creation for the Ink Big Convention Swap! When I signed up under Sherrie Gross I was lucky enough to be added to two fabulous groups outside of Sherrie’s local one. I also go to become a part of the Ink Big Group and the Pals Group too! With this past convention I was planning on attending but had to cancel, and I made sure to send in my Swap Cards since I had signed up.
I used the fabulous Hostess Stamp Set I Like You with some wonderful Blenabilities! I pulled out my Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, Coastal Cabana, Daffodil Delight, Cherry Cobbler, my Pistachio Pudding Stampin’ Write Marker and some Bermuda Bay ink. The card base is Bermuda Bay and then the mat is Real Red. I also used my Sponge to give the sentiment edges some color and I popped them both up with Dimensionals using the Something to Say Stamp Set. I simply love these colors together and I really enjoyed creating this cards! Plus, it gave me an excuse to keep using my Blendabilities!
