Saturday Share!

I know, I know…where have I been?! Well, life has gotten a bit hectic here, I swear there aren’t enough hours in the day. No worries though, because I have another fun Christmas card to share with you today! Santa will be ‘coming to town’ so I have a Santa card to share with you today!

When I saw the stamp set Get Your Santa On it instantly made my must have list! No, I don’t have any kids, but I just thought that this set was all about holiday fun plus I could use my Blendabilities which I love finding excuses to use! I also purchased some of our amazing Project Life items that are used on this card. I know, Project Life with a card? You betcha! I got the Project Life Seasonal Snapshot Card Collection which I used as a matting layer behind the fabulous Santa, plus I also use these wonderful foil stickers that were a part of the Hello December Project Life Accessory Pack. When I saw this Accessory Pack I just had to have it! I know if you a card maker you might not notice these Accessory Packs that we now offer from Project Life, but they are fabulous! Perfect for adding little touches to any creation!

A Pine Holiday!

Welcome to Sunday! With Christmas coming up I decided to continue to share Christmas cards until the big day! That’s right, here some lots of Christmas creations! Now, before you start to question that since you may not have time to make these cards just because you can’t use them for this holiday doesn’t mean that you can’t order now and plan for next year! Don’t wait until the last minute last year, plan it now! That way you will have plenty of time and you can create cards as the year goes by.

I wanted to create a card using the fabulous Ornamental Pine stamp set. I love this set, there is just a class to these images. I used Garden Green Cardstock and Ink plus Baked Brown Sugar Ink for this card and I really think that this works so well. I also used the fabulous Clear Oval Accent Bigz Die and a bit of Linen Thread to finish off this sweet holiday card. The best part is that this card could also work wonderfully for a winter card!

Pals Paper Art Challenge #231 – Color Challenge!

I got the chance to play along with the current Pals Paper Arts Challenge #231 – Color Challenge. Each week the Pals Paper Arts team creates fabulous samples and invites their readers to join in!
This weeks challenge is a color challenge!

I had such a great time using these colors together! I paired the Many Merry Stars Photopolymer stamp set with the Star Framelits Die set with touches of each of these three colors for lots of pop! I also used some of the Motley Monsters Designer Series Paper for this star designer paper to match, I haven’t seen it used a lot but I simply love it!
