Hey, Valentine!
Today I thought I would share with you another fun Valentine’s Day creation featuring one of our new Occasions Catalog stamp sets Hey, Valentine!
When I first saw the Hey, Valentine Stamp Set I couldn’t wait to ink it up and use my Blendabilities. This set screams coloring, but not pain staking coloring, just some relaxing coloring. I plan on sharing some of my creations with this fabulous stamp set for my next few posts. This card was one of my Open House creations, which means that everyone who attended my Open House to kick off the 2015 Occasions Catalog was able to make this card too! I had so much fun with this little guy and before the night was out there was singing of the song “What Does the Fox Say”! I used Memento Tuxedo Black Ink to stamp my main image and then used the Skin Tones, Melon Mambo, and Pink Pirouette Blendabilities to color this darling Fox. I also used the Note Tag Punch to cut the stamp out and pop him off the card. Then I used the wonderful Sale-A-Bration Best Year Ever Designer Series Paper for some layering.

Pals Paper Arts – Sketch Challenge!
I got the chance to play along with the current Pals Paper Arts Challenge #237 – Sketch Challenge. Each week the Pals Paper Arts team creates fabulous samples and invites their readers to join in!
This weeks challenge is a sketch challenge!
I had such a great time playing with this week’s sketch challenge! There
are so many amazing items in this year’s Occassions Catalog that
you will love to get your hands on! Today I decided to play along with
this week’s challenge by using several of these new items. I used the Stacked with Love DSP Pad and the You Plus Me Stamp Set! I used the colors in the Stacked With Love DSP Pad which include Crisp Cantaloupe, Whisper White, and added a bit of Calypso Coral for some added pop.
I simply love the patterns in this paper as well as all the wonderful
colors! I stamped the sentiment from the You Plus Me Stamp Set in Calypso Coral then cut it out with the Starburst Framelit Dies. To add some texture to the Crisp Cantaloupe piece I used the Decorative Dots Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, which is a part of this week’s Weekly Deals!
