Pals Paper Arts Challenge – Happily Ever After!
I got the chance to play along with the current Pals Paper Arts Challenge #249 – Color Challenge. Each week the Pals Paper Arts team creates fabulous samples and invites their readers to join in!
This weeks challenge is a sketch challenge!
I had such a great time working with this sketch! I am preparing to be a vendor at a Bridal Fair this weekend and I am creating plenty of Wedding samples to show the type of custom cards I can create and I thought that this sketch would be perfect to help me build my collection! I paired the the sentiment from Big News with the colors Melon Mambo, Blushing Bride, and Daffodil Delight. I wanted to create a bright and fun card that could be perfect for any part of a wedding, and this sentiment and Fun Flower Punch helped me do just that. To finish off the flower I also used a floral center from the Beautiful Bunch Stamp Set as well, the touch of Daffodil Delight gives this card a pop! Then to add one final touch I covered the flower in Crystal Effects for some shine and to hold it’s shape better as well.
