A Bit of Toting Fun!
Good morning! I hope you have been having a fabulous week. I know that it was only a 4 day work week, but my week was crazy! I am prepping for the New Catalog which releases this Tuesday, June 2nd! If you need a catalog simple shot me an email or message with your address and I will get one out to you, or if you are local we can meet and I can hand you a fabulous new catalog!
I still have some amazing items to share with you using items from the Occasions Catalog which is almost finished for the year. The last day to order from the Occasions Catalog will be June 2nd, which is also when you can order order the new catalog so for ONE day you will be able to place orders from 3 different catalogs! Today I am sharing this fun purse creation that holds note cards and this cute post-it holder too! We created a whole series of these last night at my Stamp Club/Class meeting and it was a blast! Everyone was allowed to pick from four different Designer Series Papers that are featured in the Occasions Catalog – Sweet Dreams, Painted Blooms, Birthday Bash, and Something Borrowed. My set featured the Something Borrowed Designer Series Paper that I paired with Sahara Sand Cardstock for some tone on tone creating. I followed a tutorial by Chiaki Haverstick for the purse and post it holder but I winged the tag and cards as I went along. Thank you for sharing Chiaki!
Here is a photo of all the amazing purses that were created last night at class! These ladies really rocked these purses! the fabulous Painted Blooms Designer Series Paper is on the Weekly Deals this week, be sure to snatch some up before it retires on the 3rd! This paper pack is my current favorite and has been since I have laid eyes on it, it won’t be carried over into the annual catalog, so hurry to the site and order, order, order!

Life and Petals!
Last weekend I hosted a Stamp A Stack where I shared 5 cards featuring Occasions Catalog items, Retiring Items, and continuing items all in one event. We enjoyed looking at this sets and items together, this card really pops and everyone had a different take on this one.
The Petal Potpourri Stamp Set is a part of the Occasions Catalog and has become one of my favorites. I simply love when a stamp set matches a punch or framelit! I had to use this wonderful Birthday Bash Specialty Designer Series Paper and from it I pulled Mossy Meadow and Crushed Curry colors out of this paper. I also used this wonderful sentiment from the Perfect Pennants Stamp Set and the Banners Framelit Dies. These aren’t colors I pull out a lot, but I love how they all came together!

Some Retiring Reminders!
Retiring reminders – a creation I made for my Stamp A Stack this past weekend that featured retiring products. I love the Crushed Curry, Whisper White, and Basic Black color combination!
We used the fabulous Starburst Sayings Stamp Set and Framelit Dies, one bundle I will surely miss! I think these work so well together with the 2″ Circle Punch as well. This card came together so quickly, but the contrasting colors really makes it pop! If you haven’t picked up this fabulous Sweet Dreams Designer Series Paper yet, don’t miss your chance.
