Happy Birthday Everyone!
Good morning! Today I wanted to share with you a card that was created at my last Stamp Club meeting last month!
When I first saw this Host Stamp Set – Happy Birthday Everyone, it was on my radar, but I didn’t need it right away. Then I started to see the samples everyone was creating with it and I just had to pick it up! I fell in love with the English Garden Designer Series Paper the moment I opened my Catalog and checked out the new selection. When the two were paired together with the matching envelope in our amazing new 2015-2017 In Color Envelope Paper it was a trio made in heaven! The colors Tip Top Taupe and Mint Macaron look so elegant together and the patterns in the English Garden DSP are just stunning together. We added a bit of a fun fold to this card to complete the look, so much fun!

Good morning! Today I have a fun card for you featuring the stamp set Floral Wings! This card was a part of my Stamp A Stack class last month! I am a sucker for all things roses and butterflies, so this set was first on my list of Host Stamp Sets!
I wanted a card that was bright and fun that could really be used for all occasions, and this creation fits that bill! I used Watercolor Wonder and just a touch of Cucumber Crush to knock this card out of the park! This striped designer series paper is actually from the 2015-17 In Color Envelope Paper. This 2015-17 In Color Envelope Paper pack is a lovely weight and super easy to work with, plus you get solid and two different prints in each new In Color. I know that when you try to make this card you may end up with some stems on top of the vase, the simple solution to that is to use a piece of scrap paper to mask beyond the lip of the base and viola, all fixed!

Pals Monthly Blog Hop – New Hues Review!
Welcome to the Pals Blog Hop for July. This month we are excited to show off the new 2015 – 2017 Stampin’ Up! For my project today I am featuring two of the five wonderful new In Colors – Mint Macaron and Tip Top Taupe! I decided to pull out the beautiful Pretty Petals Designer Series Paper Pad for the DSP featured on this card and once I picked this pattern the creation just fell into place. I used Mint Macaron for my card base and layered it with some Very Vanilla cardstock with this leaf type pattern from the Pretty Petals Designer Series Paper Pad. I also pulled out my new Lots Of Lables Framelit Dies to create the sentiment area featuring one of the sentiments from the Tin of Cards Stamp Set. I thought the sentiment needed a bit of something to finish the area of the card odd so I stamped this cute little heart that is also from the Tin of Cards Stamp Set to the side of ‘Happy Birthday‘. It seems that recently no card has been complete without a touch of ribbon, so I added this lovely bit of Mint Macaron 1″ Dotted Lace Ribbon.
