For my creation today creation I pulled out two of the Sale-A-Bration items – Wildflower Fields Designer Series Paper and the Hello Stamp Set! I wanted the focus on this card to be the wonderful Hello Stamp Set, especially since it is one of the three ‘limited time’ Sale-A-Bration rewards. I love the leaf patterns included in the Wildflower Fields DSP, plus the colors and patterns throughout the pack are bright and fun! I used the cardstock colors or Delightful Dijon, Tip Top Taupe, and Whisper White all of which offset the colors included in the paper. With the Hello Stamp Set there is a focal ‘Hello‘ plus four fabulous sentiment additions which you can use, and of course some darling images, that while I didn’t use in this card are perfect for birthday or thinking of you additions!

Pals Paper Arts Challenge – #284!

For my creation
today creation I decided to feature some of the wonderful NEW Occassions Catalog items! My card features items from the ‘Love Blossoms Product Suite‘ and personally, I am loving the entire suite. For today’s challenge I am featuring the Bloomin’ Love Stamp Set and coordinating Love Blossoms Designer Series Paper Stack and the Love Blossoms Embellishments Kit! The Be Mine sentiment from the Love Blossoms Stamp Set is the focus of my card in Rose Red which I stamped on to a Sweetheart heart punched from the Sweetheart Punch! The Love Blossoms Embellishments Kit is fabulous and I used three different elements included in this kit for today’s card. The gold heart doily, as well as the cute little paperclip with the pre-tied darling bow are both from this kit, and if that wasn’t enough the flourish of some strung pearls are also included in the kit! I love how these elements really pop off of the card stock are draw your attention!

Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge – PPA283!
Today I have a card to share with you for the current Pals Paper Arts Challenge #283! This week’s challenge is a fun Color Challenge with Color Challenge Team! Each week the Pals Paper Arts Design Teams create fabulous samples and invites their readers to join in, be sure to come and join us using this fun color challenge:
For my creation today creation I decided to feature some of the wonderful NEW Occassions Catalog items! My card features items from the ‘It’s My Party Suite‘ and personally, I plan on getting the entire suite. For today’s challenge I am featuring the Party Wishes Bundle – which includes the Party Wishes Stamp set and matching Party Punch Pack – a trio of party themed punches that match stamps in the set! The Happy Birthday sentiment from the Party Wishes Stamp Set is the focus of my card in Melon Mambo – I just love how it pops off the card! I also added a mat layer 1/4″ from the Mint Macaron card base of Basic Black to really set the card pieces apart. I also wanted to add a bit more pop so I pulled out the wonderful It’s My Party Designer Series Paper Pad and selected the Melon Mambo diagonal stripes print. The balloon stamp and the string stamp allowed me to create balloons around the sentiment, but it still needed just a bit more. I finally settled on the addition of two items – one a punched balloon I created from the Party Punch Pack and then I added some It’s My Party Enamel Dots! This card was so much fun to design – plus this card was a make-and-take at my recent Open House for the new catalogs that went over my guests wonderfully!
